2026 Holiday TOAST Vendor Information
Arrival, Setup & Load-In
Every winery and vendor reserves a 30-minute setup slot so the load-in doors don't back up. Slots are first-come, first-served.
Booth Information
All booths will have power if it was requested at registration. Bring your own extension cords and power strips; drops are on the walls and columns, so bring at least 50 ft of cord. Wristbands for all booth staff can be picked up at ticketing on Saturday starting at 10 a.m.
Need something changed (power, tables, booth)? Email renae@nebraskawines.org by Friday, Nov 6. We can't guarantee changes made at the event.

Saturday, Nov 14: The building opens at 7:00 a.m.; Hy-Vee loads in alone at 7:30. Wineries and vendors load in 8:00–9:30 a.m. (slots 8:00, 8:30, 9:00). Load-in doors close at 9:30 a.m. sharp so the building can warm up. After 9:30, you'll carry everything in through the side doors.

West load-in door: north-wall wineries, west-wall wineries and Island 1 vendors

When you arrive
Pull up to your assigned door at your reserved time. A TOAST staff member will check you in and point you to your booth. Your business name will be on your booth table.
Unload quickly, then move your vehicle to a designated parking spot around the Expo Center so the next exhibitor can unload.
If no staff member is at the door, call or text Renae at 830-734-7669.
Friday check-in is led by Faythe; Saturday vendor help is Kelsey (Vendor Coordinator).
Trolleys and trailers: Rolling Peach and Hello Lovely drive in through the south load-in door at 12:00 p.m. Friday, before other setup begins. Big Red Cocktail Club unloads from its trailer during its reserved slot, then moves the trailer out.
Venue rules (Fonner Park)
No running engines or generators once a vehicle is parked inside; put cardboard or plastic under any motor.
No propane, open flame or exhaust hoods.
No wristbands are handed out on Friday. Pick yours up at ticketing starting at 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
